The game crashes after a few minutes of gameplay
Hello, I have a problem lately: The Sims 4 game crashes even if there are no mods.
I will write to you what steps I took :
- I tested the game with the lowest graphics settings in windowed mode = it crashed
- I removed the mods = it still crashed
- I uninstalled the game and installed the game = it worked, but when I inserted another save, it started crashing
- Creating a new save (even when I don't have old saves in the Saves folder) = still crashes
- I repaired it many times via Ea App = still the same...
I also checked The Sims 3 but it works without any problems
Just in case, here are the specifications of my computer :
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700KF Processor, 3400MHz
- Graphics Card - Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
- It has 350 GB of free space
- The RAM memory is 32 GB
- Windows 11 System
If anyone knows, please write to me Or if anyone knows where I can send Last Crash, please let me know
Can you provide the specifications of your equipment? Just in case, I'm sending you a video with a clean installation of the graphics driver Here is the link to this video, click on it
do one more test, run a game other than the Sims, e.g. Red Dead Redemption and complete a mission, if the screen blinks during cutscenes, it means it must be something with the graphics driver
