The game doesn't work

My sims keeps crashing out of nowhere since months ago, either while i build or when i make a sim. I left the game for months thinking it will be fine after multiple updates but now i can't even play my game. I can't save when i make a sims, i have to save in between playing when i build a house or the game will close on its own, and the worst is i can't load my family. If i choose a sims to play, the game is loading but not opening, instead it jumps back to the world pick. It's so annoying. I even repair and redownload the game but nothing works. I attach some latest exception and crash file, Please help me with this.

  • KPeeeeeeee  Great to hear.  Do you need help restoring your saves and other user files?  You can just move them over—saves and Tray files don't typically break the game.  But if you don't need this content, you can delete the old Sims 4 folder and play a new save instead.

hi, thankyou for the tips. I move the sims folder like you said and the game is finally works.

  • KPeeeeeeee  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and let me know what problems are still present.

For reference, please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
