After the last update, when I opened the game, my previous games were deleted. I tried to start a new game, but a white screen appears and the game closes. The EA app says 'an error occurred on our end'. I've tried repairing it many times, but it didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still didn't change anything. :(

When Sims 4 “disappears” from your EA App but is still owned, it’s often not really deleted; it’s usually an install/visibility glitch with the EA App or a corrupted install after a patch. For the white screen and error, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
