Hi there Sims 4 Team!
I wanted to report a bug that has been going on all day today for me. I play on PC and all of my settings on my computer are correct and does not have any audio issues. But for the last 3 hours, every 5-10 minutes the audio of the entire game's audio (not just the music, but even Sims voices go mute as well. They will turn off and mute themselves along with the music and then will turn back on within 10 seconds and then it just repeats itself. I have not tried it yet in live mode to see if the issue still persists. I am going to do so in about 20 minutes and if it continues, I will come back to my post and hopefully make sure that everyone is aware of the issue in case it is happening to them as well. I also checked my settings in game and on my PC and everything is set to all of my normal settings.
