The get to work Police uniform

Hi I just bought sims and I'm trying to make it so my char can use the police uniform as a quick choice or wtv. (not just changes when they go to work and once you change out of it you gotta wait until you go to work again.) Anyone know how? I looked for it but didn't see it when planning a outfit.
