the menus in my game WILL NOT OPEN

I did everything but the windows mode. It started working. But after a few hours it started doing it again. It’s something that pops up here and there. But the day I wrote this it was just extremely bad and wouldn’t stop I had to leave the game alone for a few hours. I have to sign out the game completely and sign back in for it to work again. I’ll do the force game when I am back home. Another issue that has been going on is when a sim dies grim comes but he won’t do anything. I have to do a bug reset on him and the deceased sims for him to go away because it will not save when he is reaping. This has also been going on a while. I don’t know how to fix that because it happens weather there are kids in the game or not.
