They are honestly hopeless
my game isn’t have half of the troubles you are having I can only imagine your stress my game won’t let me save anything either and gets stuck on the saving screen nothing I do helps and like you said you can’t save any progress
it’s so frustrating but unfortunately we have to wait till they fix it I guess 💀
