So I received some info back from the engineers who looked at the file.

It appears that while the files on the server are fine, the files you download are getting corrupted on the way. This could either be during the transmission (likely, and sadly something we cannot assist much with) or once they arrive on your PC (unlikely).

At least for your PC, there are two more steps you can try, after exiting the Origin Client completely (within the Client, click on "Origin" in the top left corner and choose "Exit").

And last but not least, it is worth doing a Clean Boot to rule out any other applications interfering with the file transfer in any way. Things to look out for especially would be any settings in your anti-virus or internet security software that monitor your traffic
