The sim 4 get to work doesnt' show in my store account.
the cover does not appear in the my games tab the way we normally get to see our games in the my game tab as with sims 4 the game is merged into one game it's not separated like sims 3 was/is sims 4 packs are downloaded differently see EA_Francois instructions on how to download your pack also if your expansion is still not available, and has been released according to the release dates schedule here because it is not released yet in some countries until April 4th
be sure to check your Order history at Origin > Account & Privacy to ensure that the purchase has completed. If your order has stalled or is stuck as Processing past its release date, contact CS
