    That could be because Cats and Dogs isn't released yet. For that to download and install you'll have to wait until the 10th of November 2017.

It specifically says the 9th is the release date on the pack so why the heck is it not released yet if they promised the 9th?  EA needs to get thier stuff straight and release the game on time or pay attention to the release DATE they post because this is ridiculous...  I hate being misinformed and misinforming my audience.  Thanks alot EA hope you figure it out soon because displeased fans will rise up and post stuff..

It is released. Just wait for it to start downloading or either click the download button or rightclick the game and select Update to manually try to update.
