i have level 10 charisma and all i have is a house party, wedding , birthday party thats it and i have limited edition and when i speed it up to x3 my sims dont move intill i go normal and then x3 and when i got x3 sometimes the sims stop what there doing
Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

Could you post a screenshot of the party options you get? And the issue with speed is this always or only when your Sims go to work?

That's weird, do you have any Custom Content (CC) or mods? Did you try playing the game without them?

The Costume Party is not available with Limited Edition. You would need the Digital Deluxe Upgrade in order to play with the Costume Party. The Spooky Stuff Pack also has a costume-themed party, called the Spooky Party.
