Okay. My game crashes when I save or travel. I have done the procedures (I.E.: Taking out the save and The Sims 4 folders, relaunching, playing a bit after relaunch, exiting, and putting my files back in the folder) and still it's the same garbage again and again. I tried repairing the game and that did jack. I'm running out of ideas here. Help!

I do think your graphics chip might be an issue.
When did you update to Win 10 ? Did it run with hat at first ?
Oh, hold I think I still have that file. I updated to Win 10 last month and it ran fine then. I think it's the latest patch.

That chipset is known to cause troubles and does not fulfill the minimum requirements.
Sounds to me the Sept. patch finally pushed it over the edge.

Well, the laptop originally ran Vista. Then I upgraded to 8.1. Now, I have 10.

I installed the driver updater, but it can't find the right ones. I will keep looking.
It IS possible that there are none for Windows 10. It's a pretty old chipset.
