    If you're not able to access any EA Play games, please reach back out to the live support team so they can check the entitlements on your account for these games.

    Please submit a brand new help request here to have live support check your account details with you- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.

@puzzlezaddict Interesting.

I tried doing what you suggested, but I don't see an option to remove games from my library in the EA Desktop app.

As for the link that you provided, nothing happens when I click "Chat with us", it just reloads the page. Same with the email option.

I tried it on 3 different browsers so I don't think it's on my end.

    @puzzlezaddict I talked with the EA Chat. After an hour of explaining the issue to them they just dismissed me saying that The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe is an old game, it's been sunset and doesn't receive bug fixes and updates anymore.

    I told them that this is ridiculous and they just closed the chat on me without solving the issue.

      Hi @Frosty_ShadowYT 

      The EA app now shows The Sims 4 game tile as Standard Version, or the EA Play version if you have an active membership. However, if you previously owned the Limited Edition or Deluxe Version, you'll still have access to all the extra content on your account. 

      In the EA app, please open your game library and click The Sims 4 game tile and go to Manage Game-> Manage Add-ons. Your extra limited/deluxe edition content should be listed here, you'll want to check for Life of the Party and Up All Night. If you're not seeing the extra content listed there in the app, be sure to let me know!

        @EA_Solaire the addons are indeed there. However that doesn't change the fact that a bug in EA Desktop prevents me from playing the game. For some reason only games that I can run currently are the ones I actually own, the ones that come from EA Play get stuck on "Launching game..." and unfortunately I tried all solutions I could find on the internet and none of them work.

        That is the main reason I wanted to get the game back to the version that I own instead of being one from EA Play.
