The Sims 4 Expansion Pack Cannot Install Auto Run not coming up Windows 10

I just received a sims 4 expansion pack (on disk) but I can't install it. The autorun isn't popping up. I have tried the manual way by going run D:\AutoRun.exe but it says that it is unavailable. Hel...

Try opening the content of the disc by right-clicking on it's icon and choose open.

From there run setup.exe
