Do you mean the clean boot ? If so, then some other program is interfering.

What else do you have have running on your computer ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    MS Info usually has too much private info for a public forum so DxDiag would be better but I skimmed over yours and that should have no issue running the game.

    I don't know how to read MS Info properly and DxDiag sometimes gives some indication what could be the cause of your crashing so it would be good, if you could attach that instead

        Is this the save game loading or before you even start the game ? Have you tried a new save to see it's save game related or a general issue ?
