The Sims 4 game PC format: How do I reset Two NPC gardeners stuck on lot?

I can not get 2 gardeners to leave the lot that they are scheduled to work on. One knocks on the door, says Sul Sul to the mailbox, fails when it  tries to leave the lot , and continues to keep rep...

yes i am sure I sent you my drifter challenge file too i think that is the right one too if not let me know and i will find the file because i start a new save file for each drifter challenge. the file name is: Slot_0000001b drifter Gardener tiggerwv
