The Sims 4 Get To Work - words relating to expansion pack not showing up
I just installed the expansion pack for The Sims 4 and the actions and options relating to the expansion pack (Get To Work) are not showing up. Someone help! :womansad:

Did you launch GTW using "View Game Details" on Sims4 and launching the icon of GTW?

yes we did. We can still play the game but when we click actions related to GTW the words are missing so we don't know what the icons say.
- we tried that but it hasn't helped đ in bits of GTW where the words should be it's a bunch of letters, numbers and signs if that helps?! haha also the build and buy mode for the GTW all the items are called **DEBUG**
Unfortunately that didn't work either âšī¸ I'm from Australia and bought it from Target. Would uninstalling and re-installing it work and if so how do you uninstall GTW? I can't work it out!
I don't think it would but maybe.
I'm not even sure how to uninstall it.. I don't have GTW. Maybe it's in Control Panel -> Uninstall a program?
For other games I do have expacs for... it's not so cut-n-dry (i.e. manually deleting and editting registry).
If you uninstall the entire Sims4 that will do it...

You might try contacting EA too. I'm not sure how fast they will see my message and if they'd have any ideas.
