"The Sims 4 Has Stopped Working" crash

I'm having this error whenever I try to enter the game. 1. Load Origin, play Sims 4 2. Screen logo loads 3. Sims 4 logo come up, CRASH with error msg "The Sims 4 Has Stopped Working" FYI, I have:...

I have this problem too, but I haven't played this game before.

I have this problem when I launched my game (by administrator), then suddenly a window pops out, it says, The Sims 4 has stopped working.

i've been searching the solutions everyday, but it seems those solutions doesn't work on my situation.
