The Sims 4 Holiday celebration pack

What error are you getting when you try ?

It says that i can play it but it wont let me

The game ? Why does it not let you ? 

The holiday celebration says that i can play but it wont let me do any thing with it even tho it says it is free

• You go here: https://www.origin.com/store/buy/55482/pc-download/addon/holiday-celebration-pack and then add it to your cart and check out.
• Make sure to check the user agreement
• It should then automatically install to your game
• Start the game and you should get a message that it now has been installed
• The content should be in your game

Which of these steps don't work for you ?

Are you talking about on the download screen, after you downloaded the Holiday Pack it say "play " next to it and when you press on that nothing happens?  The Holiday pack is not something you can play like , play your Sim4 Game.  It is content IE: items and such that are inserted into your Sims 4 game.  

I seen that option there as well after downloading the holiday pack, but no, nothing is wrong with your game, you should have the items in your game, so ignore the option on the holiday pack and just play your sims game and you should see new content.

 i do not know why there is a play option next to downloaded content .  :😕hrugs:: 😕mileyvery-happy:  Hope this helps!

I bught this to add on and now my game is sooo slow and it wont let me return it. i cant acess my game becasue it is really slow. Can anyone help?

Don't bother buying it. it just makes your game impossible to play because it is sooooo slow.

😠 When ever i go to origin.com it signs me in my minecraft account not my actual account with sims 4 in it. I used the same email i do for my regular account. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
