hallowqueen128 I meant in the EA App, under jogos instalados, you can see an icon for each installed game. Click that and you should see the Sims 4 product page, but let me know what exactly appears.
As for the VPN, this isn't simply a matter of buying from a different store. Virtual Private Networks are used for a variety of reasons, and the EA App often doesn't work well when one is active. It's pretty difficult to install one by accident, but if someone else uses this computer, please check with them that they haven't downloaded one and left it running.

The only person that uses this computer is me (it’s in my bedroom), and I haven’t download a VPN.
