GabrielleAlicia Did you restart the game and your computer after disabling Online Social Access? It shouldn't matter, but perhaps something got stuck with the game or the EA App.
Additionally, does this happen if you set your phone as a mobile hotspot (using data, not your home wifi) and connect your computer to it? This shouldn't use much data at all with the EA App in offline mode, and it's a useful test.
I did restart the game after disabling online features, I’ve also restarted the EA client. I have tried with my phone on the WiFi as well as disconnecting my phone from the WiFi with no change. I fully shut down my computer after work each day so it’s always a fresh boot up when I start everything.
