Do you have any CC installed? If so, try removing it and restarting your game. Also make sure you are patched up to the latest version of the game 1.4.103.1210.

T IS CC?
CC = Custom Content. Have you downloaded any objects/hairs etc from any non EA sites?
If you have Custom Content or mods (modifications) downloaded from 3rd party sites (like fan forums or blogs), you need to check back with these creators to see if they have updated these items to work with the latest patch. If they have not, then you need to remove these items until the creator has updated them.
