Please try moving your Mods folder to somewhere else such as the Desktop start the game and see if it works better.

I havent got now to play because it takes too long to load... i will come back with an update when it loads 🙂

I had meant making a lot of folders to sort easier before loading your game, I usually would also 'stop' it loading via the 'task manager' because the laggy mod is still in your game.
- First up you take them all out, as Jpkarlsen said.then click 'repair game' with the little cog + right click (to ensure no other problem exists)
- With all the mods and cc out of the game, you add them back 'folder by folder'.. the first one to 'lag' your game loading time will have the broken cc/mod.. therefore, you then add a few at a time out of the problem folder; to find it.
