Hello! Im back with another problem ☹️ . The sims is lagging so bad (at the first it was ok but then it was getting worse and worse) I have like 1000 cc and i am desperate to find a solution ! PLEASE HELP ME (sorry again for my bad english 😉 ) <3 🖥️

Hi everyone! (sorry if its night at you) i actually resolved the problem.... I looked at CMeki profile and i found a person with the same problem and i did what CMeki said and now its working pretty well! Thanks everyone so much!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Hi @StefiMihai I agree that it's bound to be a mod or cc.. so, if you still want them in your game, I'd suggest making a lot of folders to sort easier (if you haven't already) then culling your folders one by one, or the 50/50 method, to narrow down the broken cc or mod, that is all you can do, (restarting and checking your game each time) you'll simply need to find the broken - outdated mod/cc that is lagging your game, and remove it. I have 1000's of cc and my game runs pretty smooth.Mods & cc are well known to cause various in-game issues so please also check for updates to them / where you found them; do this also after any sims update or adding a game pack, SimsVIP also do a regular post for people who use cc; on which ones are broken or now updated; All on the one page too, and the best list. Also at the EA Forums do a regular post for the broken cc.Using mods and cc requires regular checking and updating.Let me know if you still have problems.Hope this helps, Sasha nb: If this solves your question, please mark the reply as having been the solution, so as to help others with a similar problem in the future.🙂I have no connection to EA

Hi @StefiMihai I had meant making a lot of folders to sort easier before loading your game, I usually would also 'stop' it loading via the 'task manager' because the laggy mod is still in your game.First up you take them all out, as Jpkarlsen said.then click 'repair game' with the little cog + right click (to ensure no other problem exists) With all the mods and cc out of the game, you add them back 'folder by folder'.. the first one to 'lag' your game loading time will have the broken cc/mod.. therefore, you then add a few at a time out of the problem folder; to find it.Sorry if that was not clear enough before..Sasha

Nope, @StefiMihai I'd force close it via the task manager (I usually don't wait more than 2 / 3 mins tbh) I'll tag both @jpkarlsen and @CMeki as it's very late / early here, and I need to sleep took a quick look at your specs and not 100 % sure, have my ideas, but am off to sleep and would not want to steer you wrongly.
Best left to the ones that will have more info for you.

Hi I was wondering if you or anyone could help? My sims game is running extremely laggy even though I have a good computer to run it and the load times are taking an hour and I'm losing my mind I just want to fix this without possibly losing my mods but my lag is very bad and these wait times make me end up losing a good game save.
