The Sims 4 lagging so bad (cc)

Hello! Im back with another problem ☹️ . The sims is lagging so bad (at the first it was ok but then it was getting worse and worse) I have like 1000 cc and i am desperate to find a solution ! PLEASE...

Please update your graphics driver at NVidia.com. If that does not help please post a new DxDiag.
