the sims 4 logitech lightsync not working in game

Have just updated to Logitech Ghub 2022.11.345634 and found that the Lightsync for my G910 keyboard is not working in the game. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail. Have managed to install version 2021.11.1775, which works in game, but doesn't support my G502x Plus mouse. Cannot download any other versions, as they all require an online connection and they automatically download the latest buggy version anyway.
