Really not a mac specialist but I think you should be fine processor wise i5 > duo and if it can be turbo boosted to 2.7 that is also more than needed.
The Intel Chip on the other hand could be an issue. It does seem to have more than the required 256 MB of dedicated memory but on PC many people with Intel Chips have issues. You probably won't be able to play on highest settings but in my Opinion it should work.
I'm pretty sure the Great Game Guarantuee will also apply to Macs so you can try it out for 24 hours and if it doesn't work well, give it back for a refund.

Just to support what crinrict has said here, the Intel HD 5000 series of graphics chips are much stronger than the older generations of which other simmers have had issues with in the past.
The only problem I could see there being is that the video memory for the graphics chip could be entirely shared memory (I don't know specifically for this Mac), and I believe the requirements for Mac is referring to 256MB of dedicated video memory.
