@PelinAlp It's probably not related to the sound issue, but I wanted to point out that your C drive is getting low on storage. So you may want to clear up a bit more space for general maintenance purposes. 20 GB is the minimum needed for a Windows feature update, and that shoud be fine for general use as well.
For the audio issue, your sound driver is quite old. MSI doesn't offer a newer driver for your laptop, but you can tell Windows to look for one. Hit Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand the Audio tab, click on any entry with Realtek in the name, then click the black and green Update icon at the top of the window. Repeat for the entries in the Sound tab.
Restart your computer when you're done. If you still can't get sound, and please test with the computer's speaker and with headphones, you can try updating any other audio or sound devices listed in the Device Manager. (Restart again afterwards.)
The drivers for your graphics chip and card are also somewhat old, but you don't necessarily need to update them unless you notice a problem. If updating the sound devices doesn't help though, that would be the next step.
