The Sims 4 Not Launching
The issue is that i can't open The Sims 4. When i hover the mouse over it, it has the play button but it's grey. Then I downloaded a expansion pack and it said that it will be added when I restart my game. So then, i attempted to log out but it said that The Sims 4 is still running, but it wasn't. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem.
Give these a try:
The Play button in Origin is gray
Make sure your game is updated to the newest version (see above). If that is the case and the play button is still gray, try the following things (or any combination of it)
- Restart Origin
- Manually uninstall Origin, run ccleaner, then reinstall
- Right click on the Game in Origin and hit Repair Game
- Log out and back in
- Delete Origin cache files
