@Alpha_Moon_98 First guess wood be Windows OneDrive. The game looks for user files in the user/documents folder. New files go to the user OneDrive folder to sync. Microsoft really wants you to use OneDrive so OneDrive is hard to disable. The easiest I have found to stop this is to go to OneDrive settings and exclude the user/documents/Electronic Arts folder from syncing. Also set keep files on this computer. Restart computer. New files will no longer be moved and the game will now find them.
Add: do not exclude the whole user/documents folder because other programs use the user documents folder.
