The Sims 4 save doesn't appear in Resume but works in Load Game

Hello. I have an issue with The Sims 4. One of my save files does not appear in the "Resume" menu, but it does appear in "Load Game" and I can play it without any problems. I have already removed all mods, deleted the localthumbcache.package file, used "Save As", and restarted the game, but the issue remains. It only affects this specific save. This has been happening to me ever since they updated it last time. Could you please help me?

    ncsnsrdiuie6​  I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything broken on your end.  There's a known bug right now:

    But I wanted to make sure nothing else was broken on your end since that can also lead to disappeared sims.  Feel free to upvote the bug report; I'll merge this thread once you've seen it, or in a couple days if you don't reply.

    I tried with an account that was my sister's account that she doesn't have any cc and she didn't downloader either and it happends too, I think that's the last update, like I think that is the problem.

    ncsnsrdiuie6​  When you switched households (but hadn't switched back yet), did those sims show up at the Main Menu?  If not, try with sims that you've never played and are therefore probably not wearing any custom content.  If that doesn't help either, remove your entire Mods folder and try again, still with a previously-unplayed household.  Since you're using "save as" rather than "save," you don't need to worry about permanently removing all the cc from your save; this is just a throwaway save for testing.

    It's important to find out whether your cc is causing the issue.  If it is, all the other troubleshooting in the world won't fix it, and if not, we can move on.

    Yeah, My games usually have custom content like tattoos, clothes, shoes, Personalities, things that change their way of living, those things. I also had some custom content like clothes, accessories, or houses that I've also removed. I tried what you suggested with "Save As," but it's still not working. Could you continue helping me?     ncsnsrdiuie6​  Try switching households in this save.  Use "save as" so you don't overwrite your progress, then quit and reload.  If it works, try loading your main household again.

    If the other household shows up but your main one does not after switching back, please let me know whether there's anything special about the sims.  Are they occults, do they have tattoos or other skin details, did you use custom content on them (whether you removed it later or not), is one of them going through a suspicious phase like having acne or a lost tooth?
