The Sims 4 Seasons Expansion Pack Won't Download

Question

The Sims 4 Seasons wont download on Origin, it says that I have it on my library. I previously purchased a bundle of the sims 4 + seasons on steam, install it only to refund it after I remember that I have the game on Origin. I download the game on Origin and I couldn't find seasons dlc when selecting which expansions to include on the initial download. I proceed with the download hoping to add seasons later only to find out the "add to queue" button is not working. @SoraVilla&nbsp; Try clearing Origin's cache; maybe it will help to reset your data.

If you still can't download Seasons, try launching the game a couple of times.&nbsp; Origin often automatically starts downloading missing packs once you reach the Main Menu.&nbsp; This happens more often if you have automatic game updates enabled, but that's not required; usually any missing pack will redownload after an update or after you've cleared Origin's cache.

If that doesn't help, this may be an account issue of some sort, in which case you'd need to contact EA customer support for help.
