auvbri Please try playing immediately after restarting your computer, with nothing else running aside from the EA App, not even a browser window. Let me know whether this helps at all.
Please also post a fresh dxdiag.
puzzlezaddictSo the game didnt shot down immediately this time. It took a while. But I kinda cant record anything when I can only have the Sims open and nothing else. Again, don't have this problem with any other app or game on my computer 🤷♂️
