The Sims 4 (Steam) will not launch, only opens EA app (SOLVED)

Here's what happened: It worked completely fine when I first got it on Steam, then I seen my Steam account was linked to my old EA account. I called customer service, they helped me link my Steam acc...

@KARULA05 Does the game work at all, for example every other time or after restarting your computer? Do you play through Steam or not?

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
