game keeps crashing after loading household

I honestly dont know what to do anymore, ive done every possible method to fix this issue and spent over a MONTH trying to fix the problems happening.

First it was the game giving me a fully black screen and now the game wont even work anymore after trying multiple times to load my household and im truly over the sims breaking numerous times knowing ive played the game for years with no issues like this happening before. I have a video of issue but was not able to upload it, is there any possible way to atleast figure out what the specific issue is??

 (i use cc but have just cleared out every old one and started fresh with new cc that work with the game) windows 11
