The sims 4 will not download

I bought the sims 4 from asda on Thursday and I have been trying to install it in my laptop to play since then. It just will not download on the origin. I thought it my insternet but after ringing them they said it is fine. Can anyone help?

Do you get an error message ? Is it just stuck or what happens exactly ?

It just seems to stuck on 2%. Is there any other way to install it instead of on origin?

If you have the download version ? No.

Try canceling everything, then make sure your firewall and antivirus aren't blocking the connection and then reboot your computer. Then start origin as administrator and try again.
