Please attach your lastcrash.txt file.
I checked in The Sims 4 folder and was unable to locate the requested lastcrash.txt file. I have included a snip of what I do have.
Try attaching the newest of the lastException files.
I have attached the newest lastException and lastUIException files. Thank you, I appreciate all the help you are giving me.
I tried several times to attach the files but it doesn't seem to be allowing me. I can copy the information found within and reply back if that would be helpful.
