The Sims 4

My game is totally wigging out. Every ime i try to play a family something different and unusal happens. One i clicked on once it loaded it took me to the park and my sims were at there home and noting was clickable. The next family i tried to play it took me to the neighbors house and nothing was clickabe. I closed out the game and re-started it and the same thing happend.What the heck? Please help.
