The sims won't move when I ask them to give pets baths

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? Norsk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except spooky stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The sims can't give the dogs baths, they just glitch out of it without even going into the bathroom or near the bathtub, when I try to give the dogs a bath.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims just doesn't do the interraction.
What do you expect to see? The sims giving them a bath until the pet is clean
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Cats and dogs + patches.

    You have some weird issues, would you be willing to share your save ?

    Also have you tried repairing your game through Origin yet ?

    Oh, its in all saves, I even made a new one, and it still doesn't work.

    Was your Pet some distance away from the sim you gave the order?

    If so and if the Pet was currently unhappy it moves very slowly. Depending on the distance the Sim given the order may give up waiting for the pet and decide to do something else.
