the sms 4 luxury party pack

i bought the pack. it says I still don't have the content. its confusing because I keep reloading the game, also.... a few days ago when I traveled to a location or tried to go on vacation or move.. the lot wouldn be there when I arrived.HELP plz!!!

    Where does it say you don't have the content ? Did you install it ?

    As for your other issue: Is the house on the lot gone ? Just that lot ?

    I have the same exact problem with the luxury pack, it doesn't seem to be loading no matter what I do.

    What is not loading ? The content of the Luxury Pack or the game itself ? Did you install it ?
