the world from the DLC (Selvadorada) does not work

Hello,  
I purchased the "Jungle Adventure" DLC for The Sims 4. It shows as installed, and I can access new traits, skills, and furniture from the pack. However, the world from the DLC (Selvadorada) does not work. On the vacation map, everything appears as question marks (?), and I’m unable to send my Sims on vacation there.

I have already tried the following:
- Repairing the game via EA App
- Reinstalling the DLC
- Clearing the game cache
- Starting a new save
- Running the game without any mods

Unfortunately, the issue remains. Please help me resolve this problem.
