EJAY_tootough Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows your computer's system drive is critically low on space. 5 GB free isn't always enough for Windows to maneuver even before you add in a demanding game like Sims 4. So please try to clear at least another 20 GB, for a total of 25 free. Since your D drive is actually just a partition of C, it doesn't matter what you move to D, performance will be the same.
Once you've done that, restart your computer and try again to play. If the game still doesn't work, remove your Mods folder and try again.
