There is no gallery in my game :(

Hi guys.

I have the premium edition of the Sims 4. Everything works fine, except for the fact that there is no gallery in my game.
In the top right hand corner where the Gallery button is usually located, I have a My Library button. When this opens, there is no option for me to access the gallery from here.

I've been asking for suggestions on a couple of forums, and people keep suggesting the same thing so to save time -

- I am online in Origins when I try to access the gallery

- When i press F4 it brings up the My Library window, again, I cannot find any way to access the gallery from here

- There is no Online Access option (or anything similar) avalible in my game when I open up Game Options.

    Hello, 

    I thought that was only avalibale to people who had downloaded their games through Origin? I purchased the disc version

    That doesn't matter. You should have a gallery like everyone else.

    But you DO need to be only online

    Could you post a screen of your options where the online is missing ?

    Just upload to some third party side and post the link here.

    My game is fine apart from the gallery. I log on im online it's not the demo, however i bought it and it's a disc. The disc one and two im using the disc two by the way. Like I said it's not the demo and I am online I go onto build mood then the gallery but it says on the top left hand corner 'My Library' not 'Gallery'. How can I change that? please reply Ive been trying for ages and its no use.

    If You Still Have This Problem It Might Be Because Your Underaged So You Have To Verify Your Account By Signing Out Then It Should Ask To Email Your Parent/Guardian

    Are you <= 13 ?

    If so, you're not allowed to use the gallery You need to wait until you turn 13.
