There is no gallery in my game :(

Hi guys.

I have the premium edition of the Sims 4. Everything works fine, except for the fact that there is no gallery in my game.
In the top right hand corner where the Gallery button is usually located, I have a My Library button. When this opens, there is no option for me to access the gallery from here.

I've been asking for suggestions on a couple of forums, and people keep suggesting the same thing so to save time -

- I am online in Origins when I try to access the gallery

- When i press F4 it brings up the My Library window, again, I cannot find any way to access the gallery from here

- There is no Online Access option (or anything similar) avalible in my game when I open up Game Options.

    Ok but what should i sign out of origin or my ea account

    I have the same problem with my game I bought the discs and downloaded through Origin and I have no Gallery in my game. Could someone please explain so that my game can be better.

    If you are not under age, meaning you are 13 or older, when My Library Opens, do you have a tab that says Community? If so, switch to that tab, that IS the Gallery.
