There's No Option To Repair My Sims 4 Game

I have verified the integrity of my files and it says "3 files failed to validate and will be acquired how do i fix???" 

@claudiopro100  The "will be reacquired" part means fresh copies of the files were downloaded, so there's nothing left to fix.

If you're having a specific issue with Sims 4, please describe it.

How were you able to repair the game?

@Horsefabio  In the EA App, open your game library, click Sims 4, and select Repair.  In Steam, open your library, right-click the Sims 4 tile, and select Properties > Local files > verify integrity of the game files.

If this doesn't help, please describe the issue you're seeing.

whenever i try to open my game it doesnt let me go in and it says that i need to repair my game via origin or delete any installed mods, ive looked through my files like 5 times and i have no mods installed. ive installed it via steam

If so, please try the suggestions in the first post on page one.  Otherwise, please post a screenshot of the error.

omg i just moved the sims 4 folder out of documents and into desktop and now i can play it, tysm

@MystyXavier  Are you playing through the EA App or Steam?  In the App, the repair option is under Manage; in Steam, it has to be there somewhere, but perhaps Steam changed its layout.  You're still looking for something like "verify integrity of the game files."
