This code has already been used.

My daughter received this game recently, and not knowing what she was doing, made up an email and entered her DVD code. Now that it will not work, she wanted me to try to get it to work for her. So I am using my Origin ID, but I am getting an error that says that "This code has already been used." I asked my daughter to try to remember how she did what she did, but all she can remember is just putting in a random login and hitting OK. Is there anything that can be done to correct this? Trust me she will not do this again.
