Top of body meter, still a little fat
Hello again... I have a little problem with my sim... She has reached the top of the body meter, but she is still a little fat.. What can I do about that??

Not sure what you mean by training meter ? Do you mean the meter in CAS ?

I mean the ability.. Like for example when she learns how to play the guitar or something...
Oh, you mean your Sim has maxed out the Fitness Skill ?
That doesn't really have anything to do with the weight. It's just the skill. If the Sims keep eating to much and be a couch potato, they can still be fat even with maxed out skill.
So as @Phantomlover1717 said, keep training
