DoublePlusBon This isn't considered a bug, so it's not being investigated by EA as far as I've seen. If it were a bug, there would be more reports. The reason I haven't replied is because I've been away from the forums for a few days.
If you can confirm the issue is limited to DirectX 11 mode, and I'm not suggesting that it is, only that it might be, then that would be something to add to the DX11 feedback thread here:

I can merge your posts into that thread if you like, but only if the issue disappears in DX9 mode.
Again though, you do have two sound drivers listed, and that could be the problem, that one of them tries to assert itself when it shouldn't.
people seem to say about this more on reddit since its easier to find help there, ive gotten this problem too
