kimmito1 No, there's no way to transfer a Steam-owned pack to the EA App. What you could do is uninstall the game through the EA App, reinstall it through Steam, then download your packs (but not a second copy of the base game) through the EA App. Everything would load as if you'd bought it through Steam.
Or you could refuse the gift, or ask the person who gifted you the pack to refund it, and get them to buy it directly from EA. If you haven't previously claimed the Sims 4 base game through Steam, it should be simple enough for them to get a refund.
