Triple speed not working right

I've noticed since my City Life download that my triple speed animation isn't working like it used to. Normally when all Sims were asleep or at work, the triple speed would move very fast and automatically go back to regular speed once a Sim wakes up or comes back from work. This doesn't happen anymore. When all Sims are sleeping, the triple speed moves a little slower as if someone is still awake, and doesn't automatically stop once someone wakes up. This is really frustrating. I'm not sure if it's a City Life bug. Please fix.

    There's a few issues if you're living in an apartment: Festivals keep ultra speed from kicking in and in my experience neighbors that roam about can als keep it from kicking in.

    By the sound of it, yours is only in speed 3 and that doesn't go back automatically. Since your Ultra speed doesn't seem to kick in, it just stays on 3.

    Are there any neighbors about and are you living in an apartment ? Could you test if it works in a house ?

    Great point, I am indeed in an apartment. I'm on a penthouse though so neighbors don't typically come up unless someone's awake. I will test this in a house and let you know. Any ideas why festivals stop the ultra speed from working?

    I would say it's a bug. There's a thread in the bug forum.

    Check the compiled list. Don't have the link handy, atm
